We are over in the Salem Tabri area of Ludhiana, specifically in the Grewal Sarwansh Complex. It’s not hard to find us if you know where the Sabji Mandi is. We are right across from the petrol pump and near the Central Bank. The address is 141005 for those who need to know. This area is very lively, especially early in the morning when the market is starting up. There are always trucks moving and people shouting across the street. We just stay in our spot in the complex and keep the kitchen going. It’s a bit of a tight space, but we make it work. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook and serve whoever comes through the door. Sometimes the smell of the petrol pump next door is a bit strong when the wind blows the wrong way. We spend a lot of time cleaning the soot off the windows because of the traffic. It’s just a regular local business in a busy part of Ludhiana. We know the other shop owners in the Grewal Sarwansh Complex pretty well by now. We’ve seen many businesses come and go, but we are still here, right by the bank and the petrol station, just doing our daily work without making any big fuss about it. We are just people making a living like everyone else here.
