Seven Spices

You can find Seven Spices on the first floor of the Kartar Complex in Ludhiana. We are located right above the CCD and we are not too far from the Imperial Hotel. Having to go up the stairs makes it a bit different from the shops that are right on the street level. We have been in this building for a while now. Ludhiana is a very busy city and the noise from the road usually makes its way up here through the windows. We spend our days mostly in the kitchen or checking on our supplies. It is not a fancy place with carpets or anything like that. We just have plain floors and some sturdy chairs for people to sit on. We have a few windows that look out over the street below. Sometimes we just watch the traffic while we wait for the next rush of people to come in. We do not have any big speeches to give about what we do here. It is just a business like any other in the 141003 area. We have to deal with the same problems everyone else does, like the power going out or the water running a bit low. We just fix what breaks and keep going with our work. Most of our customers are locals who work nearby and they know exactly where we are. It is just a lot of standing, cooking, and making sure the plates are ready for the next person.
