Uncle

Everyone just calls us Uncle, which started a long time ago and just stuck. We are right on the Main Road in Model Town, Ludhiana. If you’re looking for us, we are right across from Chattar Singh Park. It’s a great spot because there’s always something happening in the park, especially in the evenings when families come out. We are also near the scooter market, so there’s a lot of mechanical noise and people moving parts around all day. Our building is a bit older, and the entrance has seen a lot of foot traffic over the years. Inside, it’s pretty basic. We don't have fancy decorations or anything that would make it look corporate. It’s just a place in the middle of a busy Ludhiana street. We see all sorts of people, from students to shop owners from the market next door. Some people have been coming here since they were kids, and now they bring their own children. It’s funny how time works like that. We keep the place running with a small crew, mostly people who have lived in Model Town their whole lives. We don't really have a big story to tell, we just open the doors in the morning and stay until the last person leaves. It’s a honest way to make a living, and we’ve become a part of the daily landscape on this road. We've seen the shops around us change owners many times, but we stay the same.
