You can find our site for Ultratech Cement Ltd. at Plot No. B-85 on the Main Focal Point Road in Phase-7. We are right near the Marshal Dharam Kanta, which is where all the big trucks go to get weighed. Being in Phase-7 means we are in the middle of a very busy industrial area. There is always the sound of engines and the smell of dust in the air. This is a working plot, not a fancy corporate headquarters. We have stacks of cement bags and trucks coming in and out all day long. It is a very busy operation and things move fast. The people working here are used to the noise and the physical labor. We don't have a polished lobby or any marketing materials on the walls. It is just a place where work gets done. The sun can be quite brutal on the asphalt during the summer months. We try to keep things organized so the trucks can load up and get back on the road quickly. Most of the drivers know the way to our plot by heart now. We aren't here to make things look pretty; we are here to move cement. It is a gritty job but it is what we do. We don't use any fancy business words. We just count the bags, load the trucks, and keep the records straight.
