Our spot is House Number 233 in D Block, Ludhiana. It’s right in the middle of a busy residential neighborhood in Punjab. The house has been our office for a while now, and it works out pretty well for us. Ludhiana is a city that never really stops, so there’s always the sound of traffic and people in the background. Our building is just a normal house, nothing fancy about it. We have a few rooms where we’ve put in desks and some shelves for all our files. We don’t have a big corporate sign or anything like that; you just have to know the house number. Most of the people working here are locals who have been with us for years. We spend a lot of our time drinking chai and going over the day’s tasks. It’s an honest, no-frills kind of place. We don't bother with expensive decorations because we’d rather just focus on getting the work done. The street is full of other families and small shops, so it feels like we are part of the community. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. It’s just the way things are here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world; we just want to do our part and keep things moving.
