Smartech Storage & Safety Solutions is located at Partap House in Jiwan Nagar. We are right opposite the Urban Estate Nursery, which is a nice landmark if you’re trying to find us. Being in the Focal Point area means we are surrounded by all sorts of industries and warehouses. Our building is called Partap House, and it’s a fairly straightforward place. We handle storage and safety stuff, so our space is often filled with racks, lockers, and various safety gear. It’s not a showroom by any means. It’s more of a working warehouse and office combined. The staff here is small but we keep things moving as best as we can. We spend a lot of time out on sites, so sometimes the office is a bit quiet during the day. When we are all in, it gets a bit crowded. The road outside can get muddy during the rains, which isn't great, but you get used to it after a season or two. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that. Just a small board so people know they’re at the right place. We like to keep things simple and honest. If a customer calls, they usually end up talking directly to the person who’s going to handle their order. We take our lunch breaks together when we can. It’s a basic, hard-working environment where we just try to get the day's tasks done on time.
