You can find us at 6-E in Kithlu Nagar, right here in Ludhiana. Our office is pretty much what you would expect from a group of chartered accountants. There are papers everywhere, and the phones seem to ring at the most inconvenient times. Singla and Gupta have been at this for a while now, so they’ve seen just about every kind of tax problem you can imagine. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist who gives you bottled water. It’s more of a place where you just walk in and sit down at whichever desk is free. We spend a lot of time double-checking numbers because mistakes are easy to make but hard to fix later. The office gets a bit cramped during the busy months, and sometimes it feels like we are drowning in files. But we always manage to dig ourselves out. Kithlu Nagar is a good spot to be, and we’ve gotten to know many of the shopkeepers and families around here. We just do the work that needs doing, whether it's an audit or just helping someone figure out their GST. It isn't always exciting, but it’s necessary. We try to keep things simple and explain stuff without using too many big words that nobody understands. It is just us, some calculators, and a whole lot of patience dealing with the tax office.
