We are SHRIVAASAV HOTELS AND RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED. Our office is located at 220A A/N in Agar Nagar, Ludhiana. That’s in the 141001 area of Punjab. We’ve been running this business for a while now. Agar Nagar is a pretty good spot to be. It’s close to a lot of things but isn’t too noisy. We spend most of our time managing the hotels and resorts we’re involved with. It’s a lot of work, and we don’t always get it right on the first try, but we keep at it. There’s no big corporate board here, just us making the calls. We handle everything from the staffing to the monthly accounts. Some days are longer than others, especially when we have a lot of guests coming in. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just try to keep the places clean and the people happy. Ludhiana is a big, busy city, and being in the hotel business here means you have to be ready for anything. We’ve had to deal with all sorts of situations over the years. We’re just local folks who know the area well. The office in Agar Nagar is where we do all the planning. It’s a modest setup, but it’s enough for what we need. We’re just trying to run a solid business and stay on top of things.
