Rupam Gupta

Rupam Gupta is the name on the door here at Vikas Nagar. We’re located right on Pakhowal Road, which stays pretty busy most of the time. It’s a good spot because people can find us easily. This isn't some big corporate setup. It’s more of a personal operation. We handle things one at a time. The building is B 36/244, and we’ve been here for a while. Usually, you’ll find us sitting around the main table sorting through whatever work came in that morning. We don’t use a lot of fancy software or have big meetings. We just talk to the people who walk in. Pakhowal Road has changed a lot over the years, with new shops opening up and more traffic, but our place stays pretty much the same. It’s comfortable. We know the neighbors and the local delivery guys. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the cars outside, but you get used to it after a week. We don't put on an act for anyone. If we can help with something, we do. If we can't, we say so. It’s a simple way to run things. Most of the people who come to see us are from around Vikas Nagar anyway. We like being a local name. It feels more real that way. There’s always some paperwork to catch up on or a phone call to return. We just take it as it comes and try to stay organized in our own way without overthinking it.
