If you are looking for us, we are right by the Shoe Market near the Clock Tower. Royal Shoes has been in this spot for a long time. The Clock Tower is a landmark everyone knows, so it makes it easy to explain where we are to people. This market gets a lot of foot traffic every single day. It’s loud and there is always something happening right outside our door. Inside our shop, it's mostly just boxes and the smell of leather and rubber. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. It’s just a regular shop where we sell shoes to whoever walks in. Sometimes the floor is a bit dusty because of all the people coming through, but we don't mind much. We've got all kinds of pairs stacked up to the ceiling. It can be hard to find things sometimes if you don't know the layout, but we know where everything is kept. The rent goes up and the seasons change, but we are still here. We open the shutters every morning and stay until the market starts to quiet down in the evening. We don't have a fancy website or any big marketing team. It’s just us. We talk to the regulars and help the new people who find us by the Clock Tower. It is honest work and it keeps us busy enough. That’s really all there is to Royal Shoes. Just a shop in the market.
