Rashi Building Material Store & Property Advertiser is just a small place at Shop No.6 on Dhandra Road, right across from Sehara Place. We spend most of our days here surrounded by piles of cement bags, bricks, and different kinds of sand. It gets pretty dusty in the shop, especially when the wind picks up off the road, but that is just how it goes in this business. Besides the building supplies, we also handle property ads, so there are always people dropping in to talk about land or houses they want to buy or sell. The phone rings a lot with folks asking about prices or looking for advice on where to build. It’s a busy spot and we don’t have much time for fancy office work. Most of the time, we are just helping load up trucks or writing down notes about a new plot of land. Being on Dhandra Road means there is a lot of traffic passing by, and we see all sorts of people every day. We’ve been at this location for a while now, and the neighbors around Sehara Place know us well enough. It isn’t a corporate office with air conditioning and quiet rooms, it is a practical store where work gets done. If you come by, you’ll probably find us sorting through some paperwork or checking on the inventory out front. We just try to keep things moving and make sure everyone gets what they need for their construction projects without any fuss.
