Pawan Building Material Store

Our store is located at Plot No. 10, right by the Ved Mandir Chowk on Daresi Road. We are very close to the Ber Mandir Market, so the area is always busy with people going to the temples or doing their daily shopping. We sell bricks, sand, and other building materials that people need when they are fixing up their houses. The yard is usually full of big piles of materials, and there is always a bit of dust floating in the air. We have a small tin shed where we keep the bags of cement so they stay dry when it rains. It is a family-run business, and you will usually find one of us sitting by the entrance with the big ledger book. The street out front is narrow, so when a big truck comes to unload, everything else has to stop for a while until we are finished. We have been here for many years and we know almost all the local contractors in the area. They usually give us a call in the morning, and we try to get their materials sent over by the afternoon if we have a driver available. It is hard work moving all that heavy stuff around every day, but we are used to it by now. The tea stall next door is where we usually go for our breaks. It is a simple business with no frills.
