Our place is at 163 Jawahar Nagar, right by the bus stand. You can’t really miss it because of all the people waiting for their rides all day long. Navrang Manufacturing Corporation has been in this spot for a long time. The sound of the buses coming and going is basically the soundtrack to our workday. We make things here. It’s loud, and there’s always the smell of metal or oil in the air. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come in, you’ll likely walk straight into the workshop area. We have a few desks in the back where we handle the numbers and the orders. Most of us have been working here for years. We know the machines better than we know our own cars. It’s the kind of place where your hands get dirty within five minutes of showing up. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most people find us because they saw the sign while waiting for the bus or someone told them we could fix what they had. It’s a practical business. We focus on making things that last. Sometimes we have to shout over the noise of the traffic outside to hear each other. It’s just how it is here. We like being near the bus stand because it feels like we’re part of the city’s pulse. It's a bit gritty, but it's our daily life.
