Maini Cement Company

Maini Cement Company is set up at Plot No-81 in the Model Gram Extension area, which is right by Kochar Market. It is a pretty active part of the city, and being near the market means there is always a lot of movement nearby. Our plot is mostly used for storing bags of cement and some other related supplies that people need for construction. The floor of the warehouse is usually covered in a thin layer of grey cement dust, no matter how much we try to sweep it up. It’s a heavy job, moving those fifty-kilogram bags from the stacks onto the delivery vehicles. We don’t have much in the way of decoration; it is just a functional space with high ceilings and heavy-duty shelving. Most of the people who come to see us are local masons or contractors who are working on projects in the Model Gram area. We know many of them by name since they’ve been coming here for years to get what they need. The traffic around Kochar Market can be a bit of a mess during the peak hours, so we try to get our big deliveries done early in the day if possible. It’s a simple business where we focus on keeping the stock levels right so that when someone shows up needing ten bags of cement, we have them ready to go. There isn't any corporate talk here, just the sound of pallets moving and the occasional radio playing while we work.
