If you know Focal Point in Ludhiana, you know it is mostly just factories and trucks everywhere. We are over at E- 200/01 in Phase 4, not too far from Metro Road. It is a busy spot with a lot of dust and movement throughout the morning and afternoon. We have been set up here for a good bit now, mostly doing the industrial side of things. The building is big and it gets very hot in the summer, but that is just part of the job. Most of the guys here have been working these machines for a long time. We do not have a big fancy lobby or anyone to greet you with a smile; it is more about the work getting done on the floor. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine needs fixing, and everything stops for a bit while we sort it out. That is just life in an industrial zone like this. We handle a lot of different orders and it can get pretty hectic when deadlines are close. We just try to keep things simple and not overcomplicate what we are doing. The address is easy to find if you are familiar with the different phases of Focal Point. There is usually a tea stall nearby where we take our breaks. It is a no-nonsense kind of place. We just make sure the production keeps moving and the trucks get loaded up. It is hard work, but we are used to it by now.
