AGH MACHINERY & SERVICES

We are over at House No 3942, which is on Street No. 13 in New Shimlapuri. It’s right on Daba Road, just across from the Iti College. Being near the college means there is always a lot of activity around here. We handle a variety of machinery and services from this small spot. It isn’t a large factory, just a basic workspace where we keep our tools and spare parts. Most of our work involves fixing things that have stopped running correctly. We get our hands dirty every single day. There is always the smell of grease and burnt metal in the air. We don’t have a proper waiting room for customers, so people usually just stand around and watch us work while we talk. The street can be quite noisy with the traffic from Daba Road, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We started this because we liked fixing things. It wasn't about anything else. Some days are slow and we just clean the tools, but other days we have more work than we can handle. We don’t use any complicated systems to track our jobs. We just write them down in a notebook and get to them one by one. If a machine needs a part we don’t have, we go find it. We just want to get the equipment back to the owners so they can use it again. It’s a simple way of living and working for us.
