Krishan Cycle & Auto Works

If you head down to Phase IV Focal Point on Ghod Dod Road, you'll see us at Booth 33. We’re right across from E-129. It’s a small government booth, so space is tight, but we make it work. Krishan Cycle & Auto Works is basically a place for people to get their bikes and scooters looked at. I spend most of my day with grease on my hands, tightening chains or fixing punctures. It’s not glamorous, but people need their transport to get to work. Most of our customers are from the factories nearby. They drop their cycle off in the morning and pick it up when they finish their shift. The shop is full of spare tires and old oil cans. Sometimes it's hard to find a place to sit down because there's always a project half-finished on the floor. I’ve been doing this for years, and I can tell what’s wrong with a motor just by listening to it sometimes. It’s a busy road, lots of dust blowing in from the street, but the breeze is nice when it hits the booth just right. We don't have a big sign, just the number on the door. It’s a simple living, fixing things that are broken and helping people get back on the road without charging them an arm and a leg. That’s just how we do things here every day.
