Kashmir Chand & Sons

I’ve been working here at Kashmir Chand & Sons for a long time now. We are located right across from Dr Chander Parkash on the Jalandhar Bye Pass in Ludhiana. It’s a busy spot, you know how the traffic gets around here. My father started things and now we just keep it going every day. People stop by when they’re heading out of town or coming back into Ludhiana. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular shop where we handle our business and talk to the neighbors. We open up early in the morning. Sometimes the dust from the road gets to be a bit much, but that’s just part of being near the bypass. We try to keep things organized on the shelves so people can find what they need without asking too many questions, though we’re always here to chat if someone has a minute. It’s funny how you get to know the regulars just by the car they drive or what time they show up. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years. More buildings went up, and the road got wider, but we’re still right here in the same spot. It’s a simple life running a shop like this. We don’t do anything flashy. We just make sure the doors are open and the lights are on. If you’re passing by the 141001 area, you’ll probably see us. We’re just a local family business doing what we do.
