We are over at 356/1 in Bharat Nagar. This is a family-run business, passed down through the generations. My father and grandfather worked here before me, and now my sons are involved too. The building is older, and we’ve added on to it over the years as we needed more space. It’s not a corporate office; it’s more like a second home to us. We spend most of our waking hours here, dealing with whatever needs to be done. The yard is usually full of materials, and there’s always something that needs fixing. We don't have fancy titles or a big management structure. We just all pitch in. Bharat Nagar is a familiar place to us, and we know most of the people on our street. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to chat for a few minutes while we work. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us busy. We don't spend money on advertising because word of mouth in the neighborhood has always been enough for us. Our records are mostly kept in hand-written ledgers rather than on computers, though we’re trying to change that slowly. It’s a bit messy sometimes, and things don’t always go perfectly, but we just deal with things as they come. We’re just a local family trying to do our job and keep the business running like it always has. Every day brings something new, even after all these many years.
