Jaidka Dyes & Chemicals

We’ve been at 852 Jain Nagar for quite some time now. Jaidka Dyes & Chemicals is exactly what the name suggests. We spend our days surrounded by big vats and heavy bags of powder. Industrial Area A is always busy with trucks coming through. Our place isn't a fancy office with nice furniture. Most folks who come by already know what they are looking for. We handle all sorts of powders and liquids for different industries around here. Sometimes the floor gets a bit stained from a spill, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. It is hard work, keeping track of all the different grades and batches. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it gets really hectic when a big shipment arrives out of nowhere. If you walk past our doors, you will probably smell something sharp. That’s just the chemicals we work with every day. We aren't big talkers, we just like to get the orders sorted and moved out. It involves a lot of lifting and careful measuring. The lighting in the back isn't the greatest, but we know exactly where everything is kept. We have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some businesses leave and others come in. We just stay here in Jain Nagar doing our bit. It is dusty work and by the end of the shift, our hands are usually dyed blue or green. It is not for everyone, but we have gotten used to it.
