Hotel Leela Classic

Hotel Leela Classic is situated over in Civil Lines, which is one of the older, more established parts of Ludhiana - 141001. Specifically, we are near Tagore Nagar and right opposite the New DMCH. Having the hospital across the street means we see a lot of families who are in town to visit patients or talk to doctors. It’s a busy spot, and the traffic on that road can be a real headache during the day. We try to keep things as calm as possible inside once people step through the doors. The building itself has been around for a while. It’s got that solid feel to it. We aren't one of those glass and chrome places; we are more traditional. A lot of the staff have worked here for years and they know the regulars by their first names. We spend our days making sure the linens are fresh and the kitchen has what it needs. Sometimes the plumbing acts up in the older sections, but we get it fixed pretty quick. It’s just a normal part of running a building in the Civil Lines area. People like staying here because it’s easy to find and we don't put on any acts. We are just a local hotel, doing what we do every day without much fuss. The neighbors in Tagore Nagar are nice and it feels like a real community around here.
