Running a place like Haveli Amusement Park Pvt Ltd on Mall road is a different kind of job. Most people think it is all fun, but there is a lot of grease and mechanical work involved. We spend most of our mornings checking the bolts on the rides and making sure the tracks are clear. The Karimpura Bazar area gets very crowded, so getting supplies to SCO-14 can be a headache. We have a few staff members who have been with us since we opened. They know how to handle the loud groups and the kids who don't want to leave. The machines make a lot of noise, especially the older ones. We try to keep things painted and looking decent, but the sun is harsh here. On weekends, the sound of music and people shouting is constant. It gets tiring by the evening. We have some snacks and basic games inside. It is not like the huge parks you see in movies, but it works for the families around here. Sometimes a ride breaks down and we have to fix it while everyone waits. It happens. We just stay here on Mall road and try to keep things moving. Most of the time, the air smells like popcorn and dust. It is a bit chaotic but that is how it goes. We don't really have a big office, just a small space near the entrance. It is just about keeping the rides going.
