You can find us over by Amar Palace, not far from the Jalandhar Bye Pass. It's a decent location because people passing through the bye pass can spot us easily without much trouble. We work with glass and aluminium most of the time. Every day, we have glass sheets stacked up and aluminium sections leaning against the walls. It's a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when we have a lot of stock coming in at once. We make doors and fix up glass for different types of local buildings. It's messy work, especially with the glass dust and the little metal scraps, but we keep at it. G.K.Bawa Glass House & Aluminium Door has been operating here for a while. We aren't those types of people who wear suits to work. Usually, we're in work clothes, maybe with a bit of grease or dust on them. We don't have a big website or a team of professional salespeople. People usually just walk in because they saw our shop while driving by or someone they know told them about us. We cut the glass to size and assemble the doors right here on the floor. It takes a bit of patience to get the edges right. We don't rush it because breaking a large sheet of glass is a bad day for everyone. It's a practical business. We show up, we do the measurements, we build the frames, and we send them out to the customers. That is it. Nothing fancy at all.
