Electronic Engineer

If you head down to Basti Jodhewal and find Street No-3 in Bal Singh Nagar, you'll find me at H. No-1047/15. Ludhiana is a loud, bustling place, and this neighborhood is no different. I’ve been working as an Electronic Engineer here for quite a while. My setup isn't much to look at, just a sturdy wooden table and a couple of stools for when customers want to sit and talk while I look at their stuff. I deal with a lot of heavy-duty electronics, probably because of all the factories nearby. People bring in controllers and boards that have been run into the ground. I do what I can to get them humming again. The air is always a bit dusty here, so I’m constantly cleaning my tools. I don't use any fancy software to track my jobs, just a big ledger where I write everything down in pencil. Sometimes I lose my glasses and have to spend twenty minutes hunting through piles of schematics to find them. It’s just me running the show, so if I’m out getting parts, the gate is locked. I’ve learned to be quick with a soldering iron because there’s always more work waiting. It’s an honest way to spend the day. Nothing fancy, just fixing things that people rely on for their own businesses. Punjab gets cold in the winter, so I usually have a small heater tucked under my desk.
