If you go down Jail Road in Miller Ganj and look for Plot No. 651/A in Division Number 2, you’ll find our place. We are right near Kucha Anyat, which is a very busy part of the city. The traffic on Jail Road can be a real nightmare sometimes, but it means a lot of people see our shop. We’ve been dealing in building materials here for a long time, and the building itself shows its age a bit. We have piles of timber and stacks of tiles everywhere you look. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know exactly where everything is located. The dust from the road settles on the stock, so we’re always dusting things off when a customer wants to see something. We spend our days talking to contractors and homeowners who are trying to fix up their places. There’s a small desk in the corner where we keep the ledger books and a very old calculator that still works perfectly. Miller Ganj is a place where everyone is busy doing something, and we’re just a part of that. We don't have a professional sales team; it’s just me and a couple of guys who help with the heavy lifting. We like the local feel of the neighborhood and wouldn't really want to be anywhere else, even with the constant noise of the traffic and the long hours we put in.
