Chander Parkash & Company is located in Industrial Area A, specifically at Trikampura Patiya 239. Being in an industrial zone means there is always a lot of noise and dust around us. We are surrounded by other workshops and factories, so it’s a very busy and gritty environment. The company was started by Chander Parkash a long time ago, and we’ve kept it running in the same way ever since. The workspace is very practical. We have old workbenches, tools everywhere, and a small area where we keep the paperwork. It’s not a place where you’d want to wear nice clothes because everything has a thin layer of oil or dust on it. We work with various parts and machinery, so the work is physically demanding. Our team is small, and most of the guys have been here for years. We don't have any formal departments or middle management. We just talk to each other and decide what needs to get done for the day. Sometimes we stay late to finish a job if a customer is in a hurry. We don't spend any time on marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they’ve been coming here for a long time. It’s a tough, honest way to make a living, and we’re happy to just keep doing our work without any fuss or complicated plans.
