We’ve been at E-737 in Phase-8 Focal Point for quite a while now. It’s right near Hero Cycle in Mangli, off Chandigarh Road. Making chairs is our main thing. Mostly office ones, but some others too. The shop is usually busy and a bit messy. It’s not a fancy place, just a workspace where we get things done. Most days are spent cutting material and putting frames together. Some days are loud because of the machines and the general clatter of a factory floor. We try to get things out the door on time. If you come by Chandigarh Road, you’ll see our spot. It’s a dusty area because of all the industrial units around here, but it’s where we work. Our small team is dedicated. Everyone knows their job. Sometimes the tea break is the best part of the afternoon for us. We don't have a big front office or a receptionist. Just the factory floor and a small desk for paperwork. It gets really hot in the summer, but we keep the big fans going. People come in looking for something sturdy to sit on and we show them what we’ve got ready. If something isn't in stock, we tell them how long it takes. We aren't trying to impress anyone, we just want to finish the orders. We've seen the area change over the years. More traffic now. But we stay focused on making chairs here at Chair Craft India Pvt Ltd. That's what we do. It’s a simple business. We like it that way.
