L. P. M. Fashion

Over at L. P. M. Fashion, we are located in the Baba Gajja Jain Colony, which is right near Moti Nagar. It’s a bit of a quiet corner compared to the main market, but we like it that way because we can actually focus on what we are doing. The building we are in is just a standard local setup. We have our sewing machines lined up by the windows to get the most light during the day. It’s a tight-knit community here, and most of our staff lives just a few streets away. We don’t have any big corporate goals or fancy titles. I’m usually the one opening the gates in the morning and the last one to turn off the lights at night. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’d rather spend that time finishing the orders we have on the table. You’ll often find bits of thread stuck to our clothes and floor, no matter how much we clean up. That’s just part of the job. We drink a lot of water because it gets stuffy inside, and we usually share a big tiffin lunch together in the middle of the room. It is a very normal, local way of doing things. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just make clothes in a small colony and hope the electricity stays on all day.
