Anuj Sanitation & Builders is based at 154 Block A in Aggar Nagar, Ludhiana. Being in a city like Ludhiana means there is always something being built or repaired nearby. We handle plumbing supplies, sanitation goods, and general building work. Our office is a bit of a mix between a retail shop and a contractor’s workspace. You will see piles of pipes, bathroom fixtures, and sacks of material depending on what we have going on that week. It is a hands-on kind of business. We spend a lot of our time out at construction sites, checking on how the walls are coming up or if the plumbing is being laid correctly. Back at the office, the phone rings quite a bit with people asking for quotes or checking on their deliveries. We are not a big corporate firm with a lot of departments. It is a small team here, and we all do a bit of everything, from unloading trucks to helping customers choose the right taps. The weather in Punjab can be extreme, so we are either dealing with the heat or the heavy rains, which often slows down our outdoor work. We have been in this spot for a while and know the local builders well. It is just about providing the materials people need to get their houses finished. No big stories, just the daily grind of the building trade.
