We are set up on Ferozepur Road in Bhandari Kala. It’s right on the main road, so there is always a lot of noise from the cars and trucks zooming past. Strut Sol Energy is basically a bunch of us working out of a simple building that doesn't really stand out from the neighbors. We don’t have any flashy signs or a fancy lobby to impress people. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of talk about energy projects. The location is handy because being on the main road means we can get to different parts of the city without getting lost in the backstreets. It does get a bit loud during the rush hour though, and sometimes it’s hard to hear people on the phone if the windows are open. We usually have lunch together in the back room or grab something from the local shops nearby. It’s a very casual atmosphere here. Nobody wears suits unless there is a very specific reason to. Most of the time, we’re just dressed in whatever is comfortable for a long day of work. The office feels a bit lived-in, with stacks of papers and old folders here and there. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our time dealing with technical drawings and site plans, so the space is mostly functional for that kind of stuff.
