Dream Travel Group

Dream Travel Group is located on the second floor of Sco 204 in the Novelty Plaza. We are right on Firozpur Road in Maharaj Nagar, across from the Park Plaza. It’s a busy area with a lot of traffic, so finding a parking spot can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We’ve been running this travel office for a while now. It’s mostly about booking flights, sorting out visas, and trying to help people figure out where they want to go. The office is usually filled with brochures and maps, though most things are on the computer these days. We have a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while we look up prices. It can get pretty loud with the phones ringing all the time. We aren't a giant travel corporation, just a local group of people who know the travel business. We spend a lot of time on the phone with airlines and trying to fix mistakes when plans change. Sometimes it’s stressful, especially when someone’s flight gets cancelled, but we do what we can to sort it out. We don't have a fancy coffee machine or a lounge, just a simple office where we get things done. People come to us because they know we are right here on Firozpur Road and they can talk to a real person. We just try to keep the bookings straight and the clients happy.
