Zenith Qualichem

Zenith Qualichem is located at 31E, Patel Nagar, over in the Indira Nagar area. It’s a residential-looking street but there are a few businesses like ours mixed in. We work with various chemicals and mixtures. The lab area is kept as clean as we can manage. We spend a lot of time wearing gloves and masks. It’s not a big fancy facility. It’s actually quite modest. We have a couple of old computers and some glass jars everywhere. The floor is concrete. It’s cool in the winter. We get deliveries every Tuesday and Friday usually. The delivery drivers sometimes struggle to find the exact gate because the numbering is a bit weird on this block. We have to go out and wave them down. We’ve been here for a while. Indira Nagar is a big place, but our little corner is quiet. We don't have a big sales team. It's mostly just us doing the technical work. Sometimes we stay late to finish a batch. We don't mind. The work is steady and it keeps us busy. We don't put out brochures or anything. Most people find us through word of mouth or old listings. We just focus on the containers and the labels. It's a small operation, but we stay on top of it. We keep our notes in handwritten logs mostly.
