You’ll find us at 66 A Jagrati Vihar in Kalyanpur, just off the Faizabad Road. We’ve been here for a while, dealing with various chemical products. It’s more of a warehouse and office setup than a shop. The smell of the warehouse is something you get used to, though visitors usually notice it right away. We spend most of our time dealing with drums and containers. It’s heavy work, moving things around. The office part is just a couple of desks and a computer where we keep track of what’s coming in and going out. It’s not a fancy place with carpets or nice furniture. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. Most of our day is spent on the phone or talking to drivers. The Faizabad Road gets really busy, so we have to plan our deliveries carefully. Sometimes the trucks get delayed in traffic, which throws off the whole schedule. We just handle it as it comes. It’s a small team here, and we all know our jobs. We don't really do much advertising; our regular clients just know where we are. It’s a practical business. We wear sturdy shoes because of the floor. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized among all the paperwork and barrels. The rain sometimes leaks a bit near the loading dock, but we've got buckets for that when it happens.
