Zaheer General Store

Zaheer General Store is our family shop located on Dargah Hazrat Abbas Road. We are in the Rustam Nagar part of Saadatganj here in Lucknow. Since we are right near Dargah Hazrat Abbas, the area stays quite active with people coming for prayers and visiting the shrine. We sell all kinds of daily necessities like cleaning supplies, packaged food, and some basic stationery. It’s not a very big shop, but we try to cram in as much as we can on the shelves. Lucknow is a city with a lot of tradition, and our shop feels like a small part of that old-style way of doing things. I’ve been working here since I was much younger, helping my father before taking over. The address is 226003 and most people in Rustam Nagar know exactly where we are. We don't use any fancy computers to track things, we just know what we have and what we need to buy from the wholesale market. It can be a long day, starting early and closing late, especially during festivals when the road is full of people. We enjoy the interactions with our neighbors and the travelers who stop by. It’s just a regular general store where you get honest prices and a friendly nod. Nothing more and nothing less than that. We are just here to serve the local community as best as we can.
