Deva Food Mart

Deva Food Mart is located in the B-6 block of Aarif Chamber-1 on Kapoorthala Road. We are right in the Kapoorthala area of Lucknow, which is a very active commercial spot. Our shop is quite close to the Sahara Tower, so we get a lot of people who work in that building coming over. We mainly sell groceries and general items that people need for their homes. It’s a small mart, and the shelves are usually packed with all sorts of things. We’ve been here for several years and have seen the road get busier and busier. It’s mostly just me and one other person working here most days. We open up early and stay until the evening. We don't have a delivery service or a website. People just walk in when they need something like milk, bread, or snacks. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded inside because the space is limited, but we manage. We know many of the regulars who live in the apartments around here. They come in to chat and buy their daily supplies. It isn’t a fancy supermarket, just a local store for the neighborhood. We try to keep the stock full so that people can find what they are looking for. It’s a simple life running a shop in Lucknow, and we are happy to be part of the Kapoorthala community.
