Z Rose

Z Rose is located right in the middle of Hazratganj. We are tucked away in Shop No 4 at Lila Mension. If you know where Lila Cinema is, we are right behind it on the ground floor. Hazratganj is always crowded, so it’s a bit of a walk to get to us from the main road. The shop is small and we’ve been here for a bit. We sell things that people like to buy for their homes or for gifts. It’s a quiet spot despite being in such a busy part of town. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to this building for years. We don’t really do much advertising. People just find us. Sometimes the shop feels a bit cramped because we have so much stock piled up. We try to keep it organized but it’s a constant battle. I spend most of my day sitting behind the counter. My nephew helps out on weekends when it gets a bit busier. We have a lot of regular talkers who just come in for a chat. It makes the day go by faster. We are not a big chain or anything. It’s just a family-run place. We open up around ten and stay until the market starts to quiet down. The lighting inside isn't the best, but we like the old feel of the building. It has a lot of character and history that new places lack.
