The Empire Shack

The Empire Shack is a little spot on Faizabad Road. We are at 1/2 Shiv Shati, right opposite IT College. It is a very busy area in Lucknow - 226007 because of all the students and the commuters. Being across from the college means we see a lot of young people every single day. It is a simple setup we have here. We do not have a huge staff or a big corporate office behind us. It is just a few of us making sure the shack stays running and the customers are fed. We get a lot of noise from the traffic on Faizabad Road but you get used to it after a while. The place is not very big but it gets the job done for the people who stop by. We spend a lot of time prepping in the morning and cleaning up at night. It is the kind of place where you just drop in when you are passing by on your way somewhere else. We are not trying to change the world, just trying to serve some food and keep the business going. Most people know us because of the location near the IT College. It is a landmark for many in this part of Lucknow. We do not do much advertising at all. People just find us or hear about us from their friends. We have been at this 1/2 Shiv Shati address for a bit now and we like the neighborhood.
