Export Dresses House

You can find us at 10, Khun Khun Ji Road, right in the middle of the Chikan Market in Chowk. It’s a very crowded area, and the streets are always full of people looking for fabrics and clothes. Export Dresses House is tucked away in one of those narrow spots where you can hear the constant noise of the market outside. Inside, it’s a different world, mostly filled with stacks of cloth, sewing machines, and people busy with needles and thread. We’ve been in the Chowk area for a long time, and we know most of the neighbors. The building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it’s where all the work happens. We focus on the traditional styles that this part of town is known for. There’s no corporate hierarchy here; we all just pitch in where it’s needed. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait, or we work by the windows for light. We don’t have a website with professional photos. Instead, we have the actual garments hanging up and piles of fabric waiting to be cut. It’s a bit chaotic, especially during the festival seasons when everyone wants their orders at once. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the stitching is right and the pieces are ready for the buyers. It’s just how we do things.
