Ujjwala Hosiery Private Limited

Ujjwala Hosiery Private Limited is based out of Indraprasth Nagar here in Lucknow. Specifically at 529 E/130 in the Khurram Nagar area. It's a busy part of the city, and we've been here long enough to know most of the neighbors. We do hosiery work, which mostly means we're surrounded by boxes and stacks of garments all day long. It isn't glamorous. Some days the floor is covered in threads and we’re rushing to get things sorted. We chose this spot because it's convenient for the workers and easy for transport. Lucknow-226002 is home for us. We aren't some massive corporation with a shiny office. Our office is just where we do the actual work. We handle the daily stuff ourselves. Dealing with suppliers and making sure the quality is okay takes up most of our time. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we fix them. That’s just how it goes when you’re running a small operation. The weather in Uttar Pradesh can be tough in the summer, making the warehouse hot, but we keep going. We've stayed in Khurram Nagar because the community is good. People know us as the hosiery folks. We don't plan on moving anytime soon. Just trying to earn a living and keep the machines running. It’s simple work, but it’s ours. We started with just a few machines and now we have several. It’s been a slow growth but we are steady. We focus on the basics and that seems to work for us.
