Tirmurti Cement Products is situated right on the Lucknow-Kanpur Highway, which is NH-25. We are out in Ashakhera, Nawabganj. If you are driving along that stretch, just look for S.R.M.S. College because we are very close to it. Being on the highway means we get a lot of trucks passing by all the time, so it's never really quiet. It’s a bit noisy and dusty, but it makes it easy for transport to come and go. We’ve got a decent amount of space here for our cement work and storage. We produce various cement products that people need for building things around this part of the state. It’s a straightforward business we've got going. We wake up early, get the molds ready, and start the day’s work. There’s always something to move or stack. We don’t really do much advertising or anything like that. Most people know we are here because they see the stacks of products from the main road. The crew here is small, just local guys from around Nawabganj who know the trade well. We don’t have fancy brochures to hand out. If someone needs something, they just pull their vehicle over and talk to us. We give them a fair price and tell them when it will be ready. It’s a practical way to run things. The highway keeps us connected to both Lucknow and Kanpur, so we are never too far from the work.
