We are located out in Village Hari, which is part of the Maal post area in the Malihabad tehsil near Lucknow. Being out here in the countryside means we are right in the middle of the farming community. Our daily life involves a lot of mud, pipes, and talk about water pressure. We spend most of our time helping farmers figure out how to get water to their crops more efficiently. It’s not an office job where we sit in suits. We are usually out in the back or near the trucks. The sun gets really hot in this part of Uttar Pradesh, especially during the summer months. We deal with various irrigation systems, pumps, and all the plastic tubing that goes with it. The roads out here aren't always the best, so getting supplies in and out can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We’ve known most of the families in this village for years. They come to us because we understand the local soil and how the weather affects the water needs of the mango orchards nearby. Malihabad is famous for its mangoes, and keeping those trees healthy is a big part of what we do indirectly. It’s simple, honest work. We don't have a flashy showroom. Just a workspace filled with tools and parts. We talk to people in the local language and try to solve their problems as practically as we can. It’s a long day, but it’s good work.
