Kiran Engineering Worker

Kiran Engineering Worker has an office on the 6th floor of Ratan Square, which is on Vidhan Sabha Marg. It’s a bit of a contrast because the building is quite modern and tall, while our work is usually more down-to-earth engineering. Plot No. 610 is where we are registered. Most of the day is spent handling the technical side of projects. We aren't the type of place with a lot of plush carpets or fancy coffee machines. It’s more about desks, drawings, and a lot of phone calls to the sites where the actual work is happening. Sometimes we have to go down to the workshops to see how things are being built. Being on Vidhan Sabha Marg means we are right in the middle of everything, so getting around can be a bit of a headache with the traffic. We’ve got a small team, and everyone knows what they’re supposed to do. There isn't much hierarchy; we just get the drawings done and the parts ordered. The office can get a bit cluttered with blueprints and samples of metal. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We don’t spend much on advertising or making things look pretty. If the engineering is solid, that’s enough for us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the technical details of the jobs we take on.
