Suresh General Store

Suresh General Store is located in Purana Haiderganj in Lucknow. We have been serving this community for quite a while now. The shop isn't anything special to look at from the outside. It is just a regular store where you can get your daily groceries. We keep bags of grains, jars of spices, and various household cleaners. The layout is a bit messy sometimes, especially on delivery days when there are crates of cold drinks sitting in the middle of the floor. We don't have a fancy cooling system, just a couple of ceiling fans that hum all day long. The walls have a few cracks, and the paint is peeling in the corners, but that doesn’t bother the regulars. They come here because they know us and they know where everything is kept on the shelves. It's a local spot where the conversation is just as important as the shopping. We talk about the local news or how the prices of onions are going up again. We aren't part of any big chain. It’s just us running the show. We open early and stay open until the last few people finish their evening walks. Purana Haiderganj is a lively place, and we are glad to have our little corner in it. We just keep things simple, provide what's needed, and try to keep the books balanced at the end of every month without much fuss.
