The space is mostly filled with desks and a lot of books about economics and finance. It’s not the most modern looking place you’ll ever see, but it’s comfortable and we know where everything is. We spend most of our time looking at data and trying to figure out solutions for the people who hire us. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just use that as an excuse to step outside and get some fresh air. The office is small enough that we can all hear each other talking, so there aren’t really any secrets here. We don’t really have a big sign outside, just a small one near the door. It’s a low-key operation and we prefer it that way. Most of our work comes from word of mouth anyway. We aren't trying to be some big global firm, we just want to do a good job for the people in Lucknow who need our help. It’s a steady pace of work and we stay busy enough without needing to be flashy or corporate.
