Sosho Cafe Llp is tucked away at 18/89/2, 36 Cant Road in the Ghasayari Mandi area of Lucknow. If you’ve spent any time in Lucknow, you know Ghasayari Mandi has its own vibe. We aren't some huge chain restaurant. We’re just a local cafe trying to make a go of it. The address is a bit of a mouthful, but once you find us on Cant Road, it’s pretty simple. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen and behind the counter. It’s a lot of cleaning, prep work, and making sure people have what they need. Some mornings are slow and we just sit and listen to the street noise. Other times, it’s a mad rush and we’re all running around trying to keep up. We don't have a big corporate office or anything. Everything happens right here in the cafe. We keep things pretty basic. No over-the-top decorations or confusing menus. We just serve what we know how to make. The staff here are mostly local folks. We’ve had some ups and downs, like any small business, but we’re still here. Lucknow is a great city but it can be tough to run a business. We just take it day by day. We like meeting the people who stop in, whether they are regulars from the neighborhood or someone just passing through Cant Road. It’s a busy life but we wouldn't have it any other way. We just do our best every day.
