We are based at number 64 in Sector H of Aashiyana. Our shop is right by the Aashiyana Chauraha, so we see all the traffic and people moving through the intersection all day long. Lucknow is a busy city, and this part of Aashiyana is no different from the rest. It’s a simple spot. We don't have a lot of room, so we use every bit of it for our supplies and for serving the customers. We’ve been here at this crossroad for some time now. People usually use us as a landmark when they are giving directions to their friends. We spend our days dealing with the locals who live in Sector H and the surrounding streets. We aren't some big chain or anything corporate. It's just a small team of us working here. We start the day by cleaning up and getting everything set for the first few people. It can get a bit dusty being so close to the Chauraha, so we are always wiping down the counters and the shelves. We don't have any flashy lights or big advertisements. Most people just know we are here because they walk or drive past us every day on their way to work. We try to keep things moving quickly so nobody has to wait too long in the heat.
