Naresh Catresh

We have been operating out of A-1355/12 in Indira Nagar for quite a while now. Naresh Catresh is mostly just us working hard in the kitchen to get things ready for local functions. It’s a busy spot and we spend most of our mornings chopping vegetables or checking the gas stoves. People around here know where to find us when they have a wedding or a small prayer meet coming up. The place isn't fancy at all. We have big pots and pans everywhere and the staff is usually running around trying to keep things organized. It gets pretty hot in the back when all the burners are going at once but that is just part of the job. Sometimes the delivery truck gets stuck in the narrow lanes of Indira Nagar which is a bit of a headache. We try to keep things simple and just focus on getting the food cooked right. You can usually smell what we are making from down the street. It’s a family-run kind of thing where everyone chips in when it gets busy. We don't really do much advertising because word of mouth keeps us going. Most of our days are spent cleaning up after one event and prepping for the next one immediately. It is tiring work but we have been doing it so long it feels normal. We just stay here in the colony and do what needs to be done for the neighbors and whoever else calls.
