Shubhecha Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is over in the Vrindavan Yojna area of Lucknow. Specifically, we are at A-402 Shiv Garden in Sector 2B, right off R.B Road. It’s a decent area and we’ve made a home for the business here. We deal with pharmaceuticals, which means a lot of our time is spent tracking inventory and talking to distributors. Our space in Shiv Garden is functional and simple. We don't have a big corporate headquarters; we just have what we need to get the job done. The neighborhood is growing quite a bit, so there’s always something new happening outside our windows. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to our customers. We just keep it simple and honest. If we have something, we say so, and if there’s a delay, we tell you. Most of our work is about being reliable in the supply chain. We don't have a marketing budget or any glossy brochures. People find us because they know where A-402 is and they know what we do. It’s a small team here, and we all pitch in with everything from answering phones to moving boxes. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized in the middle of all the daily chores that come with running a pharma company.
