We are up on the third floor of Prime Plaza in room 404. It is right by Munshi Pulia in the Indira Nagar area. Spinal Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is not a giant laboratory with people running around in white coats everywhere. It is more of an office where we handle the distribution and all the paperwork side of the business. It can get pretty cramped with all the boxes and files stacked up against the walls. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or trying to track where the shipments are. The elevator in the plaza acts up sometimes, so we often just take the stairs. It keeps us moving. We have been in this particular spot for a while now. Indira Nagar is a busy place, so there is always something happening outside our window. We are not trying to be some high-tech giant company. We just make sure the medicine gets to where it needs to go on time. Sometimes the deliveries are late and we have to spend the day dealing with that. It is just the nature of this kind of business. We have a small team here. Everyone knows everyone else's business in the office. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep up with the daily orders. It is not very glamorous work. It is just a lot of coordination and making sure the small details are correct. Prime Plaza is easy to spot if you are in the area.
