Shree Radha Krishna Green Plantation

Our place, Shree Radha Krishna Green Plantation, is located in Jankipuram. We are sitting at Plot No. Hd-1/62, which is quite close to the local police station. Dealing with plants is what we do every day. It’s mostly about getting the soil right and making sure everything gets enough water when the sun is out. We have a lot of different saplings and greens growing in the rows. Some days are just spent weeding and moving pots around to catch the better light. It gets humid here, which the plants seem to like even if we don't always enjoy it. People from the nearby streets stop by when they want something green for their front porch or a small tree for their yard. We keep things pretty simple here. There isn't a huge staff, just a few of us who know how to handle the roots and keep things alive. We spend a lot of time outside in the dirt. It’s quiet work, away from the main noise of the city, even though we are near the station. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate and we have to move everything under the shade quickly. We don't really do anything fancy, just growing plants and helping them stay healthy until someone takes them home. If you walk past the police station, you can see our gate. It is usually open during the day while we are out back working in the dirt.
